Our septic line backed up water in the downstairs bathrooms and we suspected a blockage. We called at night and Josh, co-owner, helped trouble shoot out problem over the phone. We opted for first thing service next day and he arrived promptly begging work immediately without delay. He is very knowledgable and nailed the problem and solution without delay. Great work!!! Best septic service company in Northern Virginia! Don't call anyone else! I tried multiple companies in Loudoun. Most didn't call back. Others I called couldn't do the work. Another one kept pushing back the date of service. But, with just one call to Josh Hott, he answered my call, listened to my concerns, came out ASAP, found our leak, and fixed it right. Hotts Septic is the most responsive and knowledgeable team in the area. If I could give 6 stars, I would. They're the best!
